These Terms and Conditions apply to the purchase of any products from GameSyndrome Technologies or any of its subsidiaries. By placing an order, you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions. Any attempt to change or supplement this document will be null and void, unless otherwise agreed to in a written agreement by both, the client and GameSyndrome Technologies. The terms and conditions are subject to change without prior written notice at any time at GameSyndrome Technologies' sole discretion. The section headings below are for reference only. If any term is found to be unenforceable, the remaining terms shall not be affected.
Disclaimer
The products sold by GameSyndrome Technologies are not built/designed for and will not be used in life support systems, as/with medical equipment, nuclear facilities or systems, aircraft, aviation, aviation communication devices or other critical systems whose failure to perform could result in significant Injury or loss of life or damage to property. Accordingly, GameSyndrome Technologieswill not be liable, and should the buyer use or sellGameSyndrome Technologies use in such hazardous applications, he/she does so entirely at their own risk. Furthermore, the buyer agrees to fully hold liability, defend and hold GameSyndrome Technologies harmless for/against any and all claims, demands, actions, litigation, and proceedings of any kind arising out of/related to above mentioned use or sale.
Shipping and Risk
- Order Will Be Shipped Within 24-48 Working Hours After the Order is Processed.
- Shipping Partners: FedEx, Delhivery, XpressBees, Gati, BlueDart, Ecom Express (Depending on Availability at Your Pincode), GameSyndrome Technologies DOES NOT Have any Control over Operations of Shipping Partners.
- Delivery dates are estimates Provided By Shipping Partners. Shipping Partners are solely responsible for any kind of Delays.
- Loss or damage occured during shipping GameSyndrome Technologies Responsibility.
- You Must Leave a Remark During Delivery to the Delivery Guy About the Author Damaged Box or Package, and Make an Un-cut Unboxing Video of the Package.
- You must notify GameSyndrome Technologies of damaged or missing items from your order within 24-hours of receiving your package.
COD Terms
- To avail COD on Orders, a Security Deposit of ₹500 is Applicable.
- This Deposit is Not Refundable
- Additional 2.7% Cash Handling Fees Will Be Applicable on Total Order Amount (Charged By Shipping Partner).
- COD Deposit ₹500 Will Be Deducted From Total Collectable Amount.
Order Processing / Cancellations
- Orders will be Processed and Ready to Dispatch Within 24-72 Hours.
- Order Cancellation Fee for Orders is 5% of the Total Order Amount.
- Order Cancellation Fee for Processed PC Build Orders is 15% of the Total Order Amount.
Warranty/RMA
- All Products Sold By GameSyndrome Technologies Are Under Selected Company Warranty.
- We Do Not Provide Warranty of Any Product But We provide Support For Claiming Your Product Warranty.
- Your Product Warranty Starts From Date of Purchase.

Note: Warranty Varies According to Different Manufacturer Policy.
DOA/Replacement Policy
If the Product does Not Work Out of The Box Then Only This Policy is Valid.
DOA Policy is Valid for 3 Days Only.
To Claim DOA Replacement You Must Record Unboxing Un-Cut Video of The Package and Send it to us.
If the Product DOA is Confirmed, a Reverse Pickup of The Product will be arranged By GameSyndrome Technologies, And a Replacement Product will Be Dispatched within 7-15 Working Days After Receiving your Product.
We Will Test Your Product After Receiving, If The Product is in Working Condition You Have to Bare The Reverse Pickup and Forward Shipping Charges For The Same.
